Experiential
People coming through the door, exchanges at the counter, neighbors meeting. Documentary capture with permission. The sound and energy of being there.
Content that introduces Laundry Leopard, makes each service worth trying, and keeps giving people a reason to return.
Prepared September 8, 2026
You want a partner who learns the business with you, brings ideas and stays as you grow. We want that too. And we heard you on startup costs, so we’ve kept the first phase focused on one production and content we can keep using.
You can start with the production on its own. If you’d like ongoing support, we recommend adding two monthly content cycles, giving us roughly three months to build, release and learn together.
We’ll review creative performance with your media partner and any pickup, membership or offer results your team can share. Together, we decide what to keep, change or pause before agreeing the next phase.
The retainer is optional. There’s no automatic renewal or commitment to future locations. Timing follows store readiness and delivery.
We want people to try Laundry Leopard, order pickup and come back. Each piece gives them a reason to do one of those things.
A bag comes in.
A coffee. An errand.
A little time back.
Then on with the day.
Our read is that time back is the strongest starting point. We’d follow one visit and use your designer’s spot to connect the work. Let the leopard become familiar before adding other characters.
A doorstep story comes when delivery is ready. The speed promise is set as 45 pounds in about 45 minutes, and every piece uses that exact wording.
Your pyramid is the structure. Who you are, how you prove it and why someone should choose you.
Time back. Clothes cared for. A place worth coming to.
The room and its people. Convenient service. The Presso. Pickup. Memberships. Neighborhood relationships.
Campaign videos, moments from the floor, useful service stories and offers. Your spot and sense of humor make them feel like the same brand.
Visit the store. Arrange a pickup. Join a membership. One clear action, matched to the message and destination.
People coming through the door, exchanges at the counter, neighbors meeting. Documentary capture with permission. The sound and energy of being there.
A planned beginning, payoff and next step. Directed scenes, considered light and your brand treatment. Built for paid media as well as your own channels.
How a service works and what makes it useful. Clear, reusable sequences with offers and dates kept separate so the core story lasts.
The mix overlaps. A moment from an event can become part of a campaign; a service story can keep working long after opening.
Ideas for discussion. We can build on these or take a fresh direction together. We’ll choose what to make before the shoot.

Produced + evergreen · Future service campaign
Pickup becomes part of someone’s routine, with no trip to the store.
Future production, scoped to access and locationsA future campaign to plan around the delivery service when it’s ready.
The foundation covers one chosen main story and three short service edits. Event and doorstep ideas need separate capture. We’ll agree the selections together; none of these ideas is locked in.
Two creative directions to consider. One chosen story to produce, plus three service cuts, photography and banners.
A complete standalone production.
No retainer required.
Planning, crew, local travel, editing and a music licensing allowance for the agreed campaign.
We’d capture the room before customers arrive, then a simple journey with up to two adults supplied by your team and willing to appear in advertising.
We’ll develop two creative directions from these ideas or a fresh conversation. Together, we choose one and build its treatment, shot list and twelve-week release plan with your partners.
The chosen idea becomes one 60-second video, with 30- and 15-second versions of that same story. All three come wide and vertical as MP4 files.
Three edits. Six files. The 15- and 30-second versions cover CTV and digital video where specifications match. The 60-second version introduces the brand on your own channels.
We’ll agree on three short subjects before the shoot, based on your priorities and what’s ready. Each becomes a vertical video up to 20 seconds, captured within the same day.
The exterior, room, service details and customer journey. Full-resolution and web-sized files, including a selection prepared for Google Business Profile and your website team.
One campaign design adapted to 300 × 250 and 320 × 50 pixels, delivered as two PNG files. Built from the shoot photography and your existing identity. Included in the $9,500 foundation.
Original footage and finished assets organized by subject, with a written shot log. Captioned social edits, clean versions for reuse and filenames your partners can follow.
The media team recommends a 50/50 rotation of the 15- and 30-second creatives for both video channels. They manage that split and placement. Together we’ll confirm the click-through URL for digital video and display, plus aspect ratio, resolution, file-size and audio requirements. Additional platform-specific versions and expanded usage rights need agreement before final pricing.
Type-led concept previews show how the creative could change with its setting.
A bag leaves the doorstep and the morning carries on. Clear without sound, with one next step.
Future delivery concept, with capture scoped separately.
The website gets the fuller story, with matching photographs and service content where the ads send people.
Foundation content, placed by your existing website partner.
One merchant or Leopard Club offer, readable as someone walks past. Short, silent and easy to take in.
Can use a monthly edit slot once your team supplies the offer, destination and screen specifications. Installation and operation stay with your partners.
One line catches someone on the way home. The social video picks up the same thought.
Future out-of-home idea. Artwork, print and placement would be scoped separately.
Concept layouts and draft headlines. Finished work uses the shoot’s photography and video, plus your designer’s approved identity.
Start with who you are and why you matter. Then give each service its own moment. Time back and a place people enjoy spending it connect the work.
Agree the first customer action, choose the story, collect identity assets and confirm media specifications. The completed room determines the shoot date.
Allow ten business days for first video cuts and selected photographs. We’d aim to complete the package within three weeks, with timely consolidated feedback.
Now through the targeted November 16 soft opening
Mailer + neighborhood relationships
Your team gets the first invitation out. We plan the creative and capture once the room is ready, before opening if timing allows.
Around and after the November opening
Creators + opening activity
Creators bring their audiences in. We keep our work aligned with your designer and website team. Event capture is optional, with permission from anyone featured.
Once our production and review are complete
The brand video + service campaign
Release the brand video and service cuts, then bring in delivery and subscriptions as the offers become ready. The retainer gives those messages a regular rhythm.
November 16 is the current soft opening target, and the opening takes the place of the Halloween event. The first phase includes one shoot day, not separate visits for each drumbeat. Our main production can happen after the grand opening. Advertising deadlines need agreeing before production is scheduled. Website and app development remain with your existing partners.
We’ll bring ideas around one monthly priority, then agree the four edits and static design with you before making them. We can revisit these concepts or develop new angles using footage we already have. Start with two months, then review together.
A different duration, hook or message is a separate edit within the four. Resizing the same edit is a format adaptation. Fresh shoots, new paid music, hired talent, advanced animation, extra languages and extra versions are quoted separately. Existing creator footage can be reused only with the required permissions.
The foundation plus two retainer months gives you eight further video edits and two further static campaign designs, each in the two agreed banner sizes. Fresh production is additional. Retainer work and separately commissioned production have distinct deliverables; the same edit is never charged under both.
Test two reasons to try the Presso. One edit leads with the garment’s result; another with getting ready for an evening out. Add a bag-handoff story and a neighborhood offer, plus a matching static design. That’s one possible month, agreed together using available footage.
Which message earns a response? Your media partner runs the placements and shares the creative results. We use those, alongside any available service or offer results, to choose the next month’s content. Results depend on the offer, audience and distribution as well as the creative.
We add shoots when a story needs fresh footage, whether it’s delivery, a commercial customer or an opening. Each job has its own scope. There’s no automatic fee per store.
We capture what happens at the opening or another community event, without scripted scenes or casting. First recap within three business days; availability needs confirming.
We plan and direct a service or customer story, with more preparation and three edits rather than one event recap. This example uses your adult participants and access, with no hired talent, extra locations or complex production. We confirm the brief and rights before quoting.
We’ll plan the interview and release when you feel the business is ready for that story. It stays outside the opening scope.
Here’s how the library could grow as we learn what people respond to.
Build the foundation and get the brand video, service cuts, photographs and banners to your partners. Everyone starts with the same material and an agreed ad destination.
Try different reasons to visit, order pickup or subscribe. A Presso rescue or a neighbor’s offer gives us something specific to test. Your partners’ results help us decide what to keep.
Fill gaps with fresh capture, perhaps a commercial customer, delivery route or community event. We’ll group related scenes where practical and agree any added days, locations and deliverables before booking.
You’ll have a library organized by service, customer, neighborhood and season, with usage rights recorded. New campaigns start with footage and lessons you already have, adding local details where needed.
With twelve commissioned retainer months, the stated package would produce 48 additional video edits and twelve static campaign designs. That’s an illustration of the cadence, not an annual commitment or a promise that one shoot can supply a year of fresh stories.
We’ll flag milestones worth saving during monthly planning. A founder interview, documentary or dedicated archive project would be scoped separately.
We’re the connection between your partners and the production. Their requirements shape what we make, and everyone gets what they need from one shared library.

Review through Frame.io, with consolidated feedback from your team. Revisions are included within the agreed direction and deliverables.
Original footage, finished videos and photographs organized by subject. Written shot log, clear filenames, captioned social edits and clean versions for reuse.
Your original footage and finished work are yours. Third-party music and participant use follow the licenses and releases agreed for the campaign. Paid placements, including connected TV, need to be reflected in those permissions.
We’d confirm media specifications, music rights, participant releases and support for any service claims before issuing the final scope. The first production includes a music licensing allowance for that agreed campaign.
Let’s settle the first service, the finished-room date and who can appear. With the identity files and your partners’ asset requirements, we can lock the production and release plan.
